Reid Commercial Cleaning has been operating in the Goulburn Valley since 2016 and have built a reputation as one of the best cleaning businesses in the area, servicing a variety of commercial clients. Our main focus currently on delivering fantastic cleaning services to our commercial clients.

Tasks required on the job for evenings are mostly wiping tables & surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, cleaning toilets/bathrooms, window cleaning and may include other related tasks.

Most of our evening work is in Tatura but we also service Shepparton & the surrounding area. Most nights we run 3-4 shifts starting at approximately 4:30pm & go through to 7:30-9:30pm. We have occasional shifts during the day as well depending on staffs availability.

This is a flexible casual cleaning position which means the days and amount of hours can change from week to week although we a weekly roster where we generally settle you into similar shifts each week. The hours are flexible and could be 5-10 hours a week or up to 20 hours a week depending on your skill set, availability & our roster needs at the time. We are flexible to a degree & will do our best to work in with your availability.

Pay rates are guided by with the Fair Work Australia cleaning award casual rates including superannuation etc.

No professional cleaning experience is required although it can be an advantage- training will be provided on the job.

The job suits someone who is physically able, is proactive, has a good work ethic & can pay attention to detail.

The position is open to adults & we also have a junior position available from time to time. ​

The successful applicant will: ​

Have a license and transport in the Tatura/Shepparton area. (Not applicable for the Junior position.)

Reid commercial cleaning
To manage the team, operations & growth of our commercial contracts business. We currently have 24 sites we service, 12 staff & run 2-3 shifts per day Monday- Friday.

This is a manager position for the management & growth of our commercial cleaning contracts. You will be fully supported & trained in your role. You will become responsible for managing contracts, client relationships, staff, marketing, sales, admin etc. The job description is a work in progress & I would love to adapt it to the successful applicants skills and passion, as well as time availability.

This role has an on the job component where you will do some work & complete some jobs/shifts with tasks that helps the business overall succeed. This is strategic as it helps ensure success on the ground to be able to train other staff & improve operations. The structure of this will develop over time according the your skills and lifestyle as well as the business needs at the time.

Hours can be quite flexible around your lifestyle although most of our shifts are in the evening and your availability at least 2 evenings a week will most likely be required. We can certainly discuss that. Apart from that there is a degree flexibility with the time of day and days of the week you work.

Your role will also to be to work with our supervisor who currently oversees our day to day logistics & staff/clients communications.

This would suit someone with management or leadership experience. Or someone who is looking for a career shift & willing to develop those skills. It would also suit someone who would like to take on a new challenge.

It is an opportunity to learn a-lot about running a small business & learn from Michael our executive manager & director- who also runs a lifestyle coaching business. You will work alongside & be supported by Michael.

The hours are up for discussion but could be full time or part time depending on your needs & wants & flexibility. There will be a probation period then a contract basis.

Pay rates are in accordance with the Fair Work Australia cleaning award & can be discussed/negotiated.

The position is open to mature adults with at least some basic people & management skills/experience- even if that’s in another field e.g. a sports coach/team manager etc.
